Well, the best would be Adobe Photoshop, however, that is quite pricey. A free program that would be good though, might be GIMP, I never really learned how to use that, but I've seen quite some amazing art with it, so you could consider that :).

I like a lot the idea but dunno bro the thing i really dislike a lot isnt the idea, is the thing that you cant use an img in your signature in this forum till you reach 10k points {:3_56:}even i have problems using angif as avatar, so i dont see the point, sorry {:3_55:}

^ The only thing stopping me from going Sig crazy here! :P If only that requirement was reduced, but I know why it's so high in the first place, would be too many gif Sigs.
