go to the main page of bleach online and click on gift in the top bar of the web page. Then select the server region your playing on. It will then ask what server you on and you select it. Once you've done that you'll have your newb gift code.

From time to time on websites that do video game gift code giveaway's you'll find bleach online codes as well.
