Hello im from Chile and i need buy gold, but i have a problem with the service DineroMail is bugg or i do not know, I don't have Visa or MasterCard from buy for other payments. Im in the US11 Server

I also can not top up, i have money on my card but yet keeps saying my payment was not successful same as yours but i am from the US
