Lvl 90 Flame set

Is this set good? Does it give only 1 type while using 4 pieces like +2000 wisdom or smth like that?

What is the lvl 100 equip set on the new event?
Is that worth getting ?

At level 98 I would just get the level 100 set, if you were a lower level then I would have recommended the level 90 set.  Also yes the level 90 set does just increase one stat when you equip 2, 4 or all of the equipment.
