New servers.

I want to know whats the point of making new servers? 213 server was created 5 days ago and now its already completly empty in guild war we have 2-3 people participating so yeah whats the point of 2 new empty servers?

there will always be a moron who pay 5-10$ to be on the top of the server for few minutes ..
they keep doing that so they feel like they are winning the internet everyday ..
