Rang is nearly as good as Renji, honestly not worth swapping. Without stones he won't be any good either. In fact, the fewer stones you have for that assaulter the smaller the difference is between any partner. If you had TONS of stones for him then it might be worth that small increase as it's multiplied by the stones.
Sexy Yoru is pretty cheap these days in events... and she is an utter beast for PvE... will be very hard to do better unless you plan to get bserker renji.
guess ill skip renji then if the differenc isnt big enough
