Can provide info bout Hirako Shinji evos, but only with sceenshots (have him on Russian server and don't now proper names of mats in English)
He you go, Shinji evo 2 and evo 3. If you need, I can write stats of items for evo 3, cos as I said, dunno proper translation for names.
Details on 3rd evo:
Top left and right can be seen on the picture below.
Right side, 2nd from top: Blue Gloves with 0.25 Hit and 0.25 Crit Hit
Others are the same as for 2nd evo.
As for evo 0 and evo 1 - don't remember, but could try to guess from stat difference.
Hope all this helps ;) If does, I'll provide info on higher lvl, as I'll get materials for them.

Ok, then I'll post more, as I get mats. 3 more blue ones till the next stage (got half of the shard, though) :)
