Well i ask myself or this formation: Main(Kido)-Isshin-White ichigo - Demon ichigo - Ultimate Aizen (With Senbozakura)

Would work together ?

yes i guess but supports are technically useless with senbon lol unless they have t1

I would suggest getting your supports to T1.
After that your team would be a monster of a team.

In PvE with you main with your 9th skill you'd do a ton of damage as well.

i would go with C. Orihime  Hakuteken/W Ichigo/ Ichibe  (if you dont have hakuteken isshin would work i guess but hakutekens 100% combo rate buff is uber and he's stupid fast.and I would also use T1 on assault row.
