kensei wouldn't realy boost damage since he was fixed , if he's looking for PVE renji wins everyda ...
He is a boost in damage and infinitely better in PvP.
Anyway, I am not sure why people are so down on WIchigo. He is by far the best bang for your buck currently. He has growth rates that are basically the same as Mugetsu. His debuff is really good for anything that he doesn't kill ( which isn't much ). He is way faster then people give him credit for, and has pretty damn good natural combo.
WIchigo has my vote for OP's question.

Eh not really interested in Kensei tbh , least not anymore. If mugetsu ever drops in price yea definitely I'm gonna snag him or I'll prolly start saving for him or something xD.

he isn't a real boost in PVE he was already fixed .... and by boost we mean a real boost not dew millions , renji would boost that damage 2.8 times more than kensei , kensei is just a little boost in PVP , and even thiugh not worth being same price as wichi , yeah wichi was awesome i was using him before getting mugetsu and he was insanely awesome , though his growths aren't same as mugetsu (mugetsu's a lil higher ) and mugetsu's talent is a lil better but he's still a great deal and specially for 12k ! OFC in skill and mods mugetsu wins everyday though ... but let's not forget the fact that mugetsu is 30k lol

I had my eyes on White Ichigo, but wasn't sure if his skill would serve me better in pvp over Isshin's. I mean that void really comes in handy tbh.

nvm just saw it yeah i think its better to go 0-3-2 even if you can make wichi fast enough then he will skill every round
