Help im stuck :S

hi, someone could help me reinforcing my chars to increase my BP i want to make my chad a good tanker couse everybody block all my attacks and i cant
How i should reinforce my chad and my ghost blade .. chad block-strength or block-HP  my main STR-Agility-Hit rate or STR-WISDOM-agility
