What skill would be better for pve?

my pve team is: Isshin, Uryuu, Shin Shura Kenpachi, Cute Orihime and Senbon
PS: the reasson why im asking this, its cuz my main's dmg isnt dat good, so if i could decrease ES/Ryoka's defene to my Isshin and Uryuu deal more dmg would be more useful, BUT i dont know if ES/Ryoka's defence go low enought to compensate the dmg my main doesnt deal
You cannot decrease the defense of Ryoka nor Evil Spirit nor debuff them in any way nor do they react to you being invulnerable.
Use your skill with the highest damage at first then go for the best self buff skill, 8/9th skill is usually the best one depending on team, power and zanpakuto. Sinnesfrid replied at 2015-10-8 12:23 static/image/common/back.gif

Then do like this:
Enter Ryoka/ES fight one (skip the first for ES) then just compare what gives the biggest bonuses, deals the most damage or most percent per attack.

i cant do dat test, my dmg isnt exact every time, sometimes i do 44m, the 40m, and always like dat, sometimes it goes up till 50m I just tested it against Ryoka between combo and defense reduction.

like sinnesfrid said, you have to test it yourself and you will get to know.
use 2nd skill , do for 5-6 times, take the avg
do the same for 5th skill, and take the avg, and then just go for the one which takes max dmg in ES.
for ryoka, if you get to attack two minions of the same wave, then try skill 2 and 5 on the wave that you cannot one shot so that you lose that round and you get to see ur max dmg. do that for every higher wave and you will get an idea of how much dmg u make. Does it matter ES and ryoka to receive the -30% defence debuff
