Hogu tiers 7 and up (Clan names and where to get)

What are the clan names of the hogu tiers 7 and up?

I know tier 8 is Ishida. It annoys me that guides don't include this very vital information because when you view other players, it only displays the names.

(Additionally, I am trying to figure out the most cost-effective events for getting these.)
