His evo and mod arent copatible with each other so he isnt a good partner in these stats but his critical is 30.4 and with max lvl crit stones i think his crit would be around 88.4%

His growth rate is below 1 in every stat so not good at all >.< considering he needs ATK too for strong critical hits and his skill is pretty handy in battles with yachirus evade effect after skill,ppl can keep him but hes pretty much weak compared to yumichika considering they are both crit. types
i would recommend keeping him till lvl 15-20 and not doing modifying and evo
