that hit rate... insane!! what zan are you running him with? looks like a lot of evo to help him grow still!! keep us updated on that monster!!
definitely. he has his uses, but doing damage isn't one of them. he got me all the way to aizen in hollow soul and has a pretty good survival rate against hard hitters. he's more defensive, so if you rely on your vangaurd for damage, you might want to look elsewhere.

So to reply to a few of the posts;
@MylarHyrule: Yes I love him. I will move to using Noz Kenny around New Years. I will be able to purchase Noz Kenny at the beginning of December, but I will need to do some evolution work on him before he is ready to swap with Starrk. You are right, my Starrk is actually pretty low in Evolution terms because I knew months ago I would be swapping him for Noz Kenny at the end of the year, so I only did a bit of his Evolution, unlike say my Shinigami Urahara who is almost Evolution Level 10. If I were to complete Starrk's evolution, compared to where he is at now, he would gain an additional 183k hp, 16k speed, 16k dmg, 1k phys def, 6% combo, 2% immune, and 14% crit - needless to say he would be quite beastly.
@maniacpkt: You are right, to an extent. I will agree that using him defensively is the best way to use him, but when you have him as tweaked as I do, he actually hits like a truck. What makes him do dangerous damage is his attack all, it allows him to hit the supporters who generally have weaker defense and when you hit as hard as he does, I can usually one shot supports if he gets his skill off. I could care less how much damage he is doing to the opponents VG, his VG isn't my threat, it is usually his supports generating fury/stuns/silences. He also hits assaulters decently hard. Most of the damage from my Starrk comes from his maxed block. Any team that I face, unless they are wayyy above me in BP, will die simply to his block reflects, because of how hard he hits and how little damage he takes. I can easily go 20 rounds, and if you don't have at least 80% break defense on every single partner, they're going to die quickly to block.

I have been able to beat players who literally have half a million (500k+) more BP then me. I have stripped my formation of everyone excepy my main/Starrk, and still beat people with 250k+ more BP then me. The only way to beat my current setup is to either both lock down Starrk (usually Noz Kenny) and have your entire team with high break defense, or to run a team that can do significant damage > his defense. Stun locking him doesn't = win unless you have significant break defense #'s across your team. I have beaten players who are 5+ levels above me (which at my level, means they've months ahead of me in development and/or higher VIP).
My Starrk will get alot more boss before I swap him out for Noz Kenny though, because I get my 1 year reward in 11 days =P I get nearly 40,000 coupons (during next Visored event), most of which will be spent focusing on buffing him. Then of course in a few months I'll switch to Noz Kenny, whom which will be even more powerful in both PVP and PVE. Starrk has carried me to Aizen in Hollow Map as well, which is why his hit % is so high, because its needed (actually I need to get it over 300%). Final note, right around when I get Noz Kenny, I will have Phase 2 effect for Zanpakuti (Hyorinmaru), which gives Noz Kenny "At end of each round, recover own HP by 25% of your attack", giving Noz his own self heal everyturn, and Noz Kenny max evolution has 14k more physical defense then Starrk.
Hope some of this info provides some insight to those who have Starrk and/or are considering getting him - he's by far the best non-event VG in the game, and even surpasses several event VG's. Plus, he's Starrk - he's a boss!
