I see nothing wrong with kazeshini with stark, I use zangetsu with him(basically an upgraded super k ...
the thing with zangetsu, as one zanger to another
he boosts everyones dmg, plus he has 10% more hp, so it's much more acceptable to use zang then kaze
kazeshini doesnt have any extraordinary boosts to vg (neither does zang really) and he doesnt buff him at all

I disagree. More accurate statement "Starrk can be a decent vanguard regardless of the zanpacto" ...
from a purely tanking point of view sure, but, Starrk has better base stats, growth rates, and regenerates health which can completely make up for the lowered defensive abilities.

Starrk is better than koma and is a better block tank than hollowed ichigo (once starrk skills) :/

koma with 11 evo got more block then 11 evo stark+ his buff from skill

I know from experience, if my opponent has stark, regardless of level, it's either a very hard fight, or a cake walk, not many in the middle. That tells me if you build him wrong, he's crap, if you build him right, he's amazing. Starrk is naturally squishy, nobody can argue with that, if you can't fix that flaw, don't get him. If you can fix that flaw, you have the building blocks for an amazing vang. Kaze does nothing but hurt Starrk. You can overcome that, but really, if you don't have the Zanpacto to help you out, H ichi is usually the better f2p choice IMO

I have a vang oriented team with my Hyorinmaru and Soph Rangiku in a 1-1-3 set up. working to change my dependence on my vang. I mention this to emphasize the fact that I know first hand what a great vang can do, and if your not willing to center your focus on a partner like Starrk, don't get him, he needs work, love, and attention (like Rangiku). If you don't give it to him, he's a liability.
