7 day gift pack

i just created an account but i dont have my 7 day sign on bonus gift pack available. my server is US 137. can anyone help me with this?

no the problem is that the sign in reward doesnt show up. no gegetsuburi, no gold ichigo, no nothing

Is this based on server? i got my 7-day sign in ichigo etc on US server 1, but did not get it on US server 26, while others on 26 clearly have gold ichigo +rangiku from first top-up

Same. I made a character a while ago but dont log on too frequent. I got up to day 3 then stopped playing for a while and came back to it being gone.

Hello everyone
I playing this Game now for almost 3 Weeks but i have one, only one Problem, afer 2 Day the daily sign in Rewards suddenly 'vanished'
Its not there anymore. I really wanting my Rewards, i hope some people can fix this :curse:
