you can't get partners after you dismiss them.

Absolutely!so you should make good decision in terms of dismissing and recruiting partners cause this would make a lot of difference.

No you get the green partners (ganju and kira) only once so you can't get them back anymore. Only way would be to start on a new server but thej are the basically the weakest characters so you won't really miss them unless you wanted to have them for fun:P
