Pve daily equipment distribution

so right now i have isshin, main, ikkaku,, yoruichi, rukia for pve
isshin usually use the best for pvp
for speed i make rukia no.1 then isshin, then main, then ikkaku
for pve is it better to give best attack to ikkaku? since his skill is 260% while isshin is 190%

btw i lvled kazashini first for pvp, it buffs for 3 rounds. my zabimaru is original right now and only buffs for 2 rounds, does it increase to 3 after bankai or something?
