not sure if this thread still going but i did calc. for myself. i will need exactly 4,990,000 prestige to get the title of Mugestu. i am 5th div Lieut. i plan on saving for 6 months and 25 days. i always top up during events and currently vip 6. i don't see why no one hasn't gotten the title yet. all you have to do is wait out 6 to 7 months :P or am i wrong

You're right. Same plan here, bro ^) It's rather easy, if you can maintain top1 in your server. And after getting title you'll be able to maintain previous rank after downgrade, wich has pretty much the same bonuses :)
Sucks to be me i upgraded to 4 captain and now i cant go to 5lt T_T but that upgrade thing is so fkn annoying pops out all the time...
And i dont see any point in that prestige deduction anyway...

You could wait that amount of time, or you can just steadily upgrade yourself. Beauty Contest will negate some of it, I am sitting at 4th Div Capt. Plus with the extra damage it helps for clearing PvE also. Just my 2 cents.
I think if you're in a competition for 1st Place in Arena, it's better to take what rank you get.
By banking prestige, you'd also give up a lot of souls as well as PvE Rewards.
Also... that blinking is just too damn annoying.
