Ugh, seriously? They don't drop at all you can only buy them.
Not sure if bugged or intended, already contacted support when this feature was implemented, no reply and cba to try again. that is so stupid i got 0 of those. And the ultimate hogyoku is too i have only 1 ultimate :cAnd u need like 400 frags o.o
