No tobeume or Rangiku with top up
I"m in Server 161, and everyone post merge (that includes me) has gotten the 7 day gift pack. Also I am VIP 1 and did not get Tobeume or Rangiku for my top up... this is the third time i've been on here with this same issue and nothing has been done about it. please fix this
