Inquiry regarding a purchase that was not credited
Hi my name is Sherwin from the Phlippines, I've already sent a ticket to your support email about this but I would also like to extend my inquiry regards to this. I've purchased 200 gold bundle and I used PaymentWall as my payment method. Through paymentwall, I've selected MolPoints to fund my purchase since I live in the Philippines. The transaction is successful on MolPoints system, I got a confirmation number and my funds were deducted, however the 200 gold bundle was not credited on my account in-game. I made two successful purchases for the same 200 gold bundle. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I've already contacted MolPoints, PaymentWall and your email support about this.
