hakutei byakuya or upgraded ulquiorra?

So I am far away from them both, but who is better and why? If I would get ulquiorra(I am vip4 and won't get any further) I can get shura kenpachi for events and get more silver/exp, but if I would get hakutai I would get nel from swp and she would give my t1 for all team. Any sugestions?

Ulquiorra is slow as fuck but Shura is a god in PvE, depends what you need. I would got for opt 2, because kenny.
