Event/rank up flashing

so im saving prestige for ranking at 5th division lt, the lights are just falshing in my face, and random pop-up telling me to upgrade, including some random events i have no intention of doing.
any ways to turn them off?

nope, its just something you have to live with if you intend to keep saving prestige.

i got used to it and upgraded directly to King of Hueco Mundo.
