I use Hyorinmaru (so 18% Support speed), its not quite as good as Muramasa, but its a good balance for my VG/and 3-1-1 setup, plus I'm not a huge spender so I was able to pickup this zanpakuto for like $30, better zanpakuto's are considerably more expensive unless in UBP etc.

Could you (or anyone) post a screenshot of the final evolution stats of CSB Aizen, SWP Aizen as well if anyone has it (either or both versions).
Bond is a good point to bring up, unfortunately I did not have the vitality saved up for UBP this go, so no Yamamoto, and I doubt we'll see him in UBP again (probably ever), and I wouldn't buy him unless he was like >$30 just for bond purposes, so I will miss out on that 12% speed *sad face*

The word bug/glitch/not intended. None of it has any direct effect on me personally but I don't normally see developers leave something like not fixed for too long. Heck I can't even do 140 alliance war o.0 I'm salty about that one

Ok here is another angle to look at it. Who ever tops up is. I have Isshin up to 455k without the 8% mod for pve only. Sum it up. Doesn't matter because you only need to be faster than your opponent. Now level 140 trail tower renji he's over 455k speed lol

I'd personally like to say B.Rukia is faster overall (If you put both CSB Aizen and B.Rukia with the same exact stuff) since her character was literally just released to be a super fast demon, whilst CSB Aizen was just released to be a CSB supporter, and to the fact that the growth rate is just crazy on speed...
I'm pretty damn sure they designed a only fast character to actually be the fastest in the game, else there'd be no point in just having her speed be high and nothing else since other characters would fill her position easily ^^ :)
