Test Server idea

Wouldn't be nice to have a server where you can obtain everything without money just to test partners, zanpakutos etc.etc. or have fun with friends? That would be a pretty good expierience imo.

some people i know have accounts with literally 5million BP++ with all event partners
idk how to access them.
