The last one you need only Ichigo to be below 50% hp, wasn't that happening? You only needed your main and Ichigo, and no other partner, just equip a horrible skill like roaring flames etc.
it sounds like you passed! 30 hp on Ichigo is what is required
Remember, buffs/debuffs can stop you from passing the stage ^^ :)
