for the price of hikifune and kensei i would assume they are ubp candidates since they cheap as hell XD
most ubp prices are 10k gold worth

well they will all come to ubp eventually just slowly over time and by then there will be way more OP partners at the rate they are releasing them lolright now its like pay now use while you can to take advantage of them and mod them.
then the free loaders get them lol months later.
then new sets of partners come out and the chain goes on
also im assuming they are gonna skip making red tavern partners since they are just coming out with event ones lol..
perhaps in the future u can use red reishi to recruit them but for like millions and millions of silver

honestly
its a matter of preference depending on what partners you have and how you use them.
i mean you could go 2-3 or 3-2 with no VG assuming she goes 1st or 2nd after getting T1 and making team invincible and dish out all the damage you can.
I like 3-1-1 with muramasa (tensa is better if you have him or can afford him)
right now i use Shinso-Brukia-Hikifune-Main-TSI (use shinso to t1 whole team with close enough same speed as hiki planing to jsut get her my t1 later see how that goes, after hiki goes brukia-main-tsi deal 50% bonus damage with their aoes) like i said its a matter of preference.
or you can go
2-3-0
Hikifune-shinso-main-Brenji-isshin(let isshin do his skill and combo like a mofo with the assaulters while invincible)
or
hikifune-brukia-brenji-main-isshin (you will need t1 partners preferably hikifune 1st) and go at it
you can expirement with many partners depending on your arsenal lol
i like having brukia in there tho to deal with the annoying nozarashis or tanky starks
same as having t1 shinso to t1 everyone else (if you have enough t1 for 2 partners t1 shinso and hikifune let hikifune go 1st then let shinso go while all other partners are at 75fury)

I noticed :) calm down your gonna end up slapping me down :)
side note, again it is all about prefence. I'm going ultima and mura has buffs for him, all depends on form, eventually I'll swap uliq for CSB byak for pvp. Still prefer the burn damage off uliq for pve.
