How do I raise mine and my partners' Attack powers super high without topping up?

Time. Just play and make sure you do Ryoka and Evil Spirit. Spend your Vit daily, do your Trials, etc, etc. No secret to it.

One of the best things to do is use some of the coupons you gain on spirit stones. If you take your time and plan out your team and setup you can become quite powerful.

Don't lose hope because there is a F2P on my server who is in the top 10 in Arena.
