Not getting probable loot 2nd dungeon Conquest of Might

So im enjoying the new evo of main character but im not getting the probable loot from stages in the second dungeon of Conquest of Might. I dont know if im the only one with this problem but i only get the clearing reward PLZ HELP

everyone has that issue on the eu servers, maybe if gogames whould read forums it whould be fixed, instead of it taking so many days

It always takes like 1 month for them to fix simple problems, so I wouldn't sweat, but just hope it doesn't fall in to the category of partner bonds where you can't see the description. :3
