400 frags to upgrade Minazuki at lv80. As about Shinji vs Mayuri I think Mayuri is better, at 30 lvl upgrade Mayuri is behind 500 at def, but ahead 3k on hp. Tho I wouldn't suggest if you're an old player and have Shinjis over 70 lvl

mayuri really only used for vans imo since it boost hp the most.

without the inherit option , i personaly wont drop a level 80 shinji , to start over with level 0...  mayuri :(
