1: No, it doesn't. His bankai having part of her Zans name doesn't mean anything, especially given the similarities between close relatives zans. Isshin can use Getsuga Tensho, does that mean whenever Ichigo goes bankai he is using Isshins Zan? lol
2: No, he didn't. His zan spirit was the only one to show up. They made it a very clear point to show Kyōkotsu during the reveal of Nanao's Zanpakuto.
3: They also made a point that he made a promise NOT to use Kyōkotsu to Nanao's mother. Literally reinforcing everything above.
