Same events across servers?

I was wondering. For those of you who travel the servers, are there generally the same events across different servers? Do the EU and China servers receive the same events?

eu and us have the same as indo

sometimes we get cn's with a bit of delay, and im praying we get the ones they have now

So then I can tell what events we will have based on the EU server (and potentially make big boy decisions around it :D).

I am also curious what the chinese server has atm. I can't figure out how to sign up with them. (Maybe it's region locked).
