She is a beast with hyorin, i run her with hyorin myself^^Btw, as the rest say, dont waste speed on her, as any other partner is better off with it :)
(I would recommend running a 1-1-3 as well, that helped me alot from lvl 90-110, then i switched to 2-2-1 with yama ^^ )

my Rangiku heals MUCH more with Hyorin than Kaze
Her heal is based on how much hp the user has, not her attack, which is why she heals more^^
She heals 20% of her current hp, so if she has 1m hp then she would heal 200k, bnut then when damaged down to 100k hp she will only heal 20k hp...
Thats pretty much her only drawback :p
