arena rank daily prestige deduction?

If i reach arena rank that deduct prestige daily, when does it deduct exactly?
and if i run out of prestige will i get demoted?

it deducts at server reset and yes you will get demoted

but you get back the prestige it took to upgrade, so it's not more than just annoying

so if i get demoted i get the prestige back and can just get back to the next rank again?
