It says first activation reward so I would guess it will not change until you get it.
i'll take the risk if there is one and top up after reset to get him. hope it remains 2000 >_<
He's going to be great for a 1-1-3 formation. Just not sure if it's worth dropping my Sexy Yoruichi for a 1-1-3 formation with Shinigami Urhara and Cute Orihime..hmm.

I'd say 3 1 1 is good if your main is physical, but wouldnt work with my kido main ._.

Yeah my main is physical so it seems like it would be pretty good. For PVP, I would still use 1-2-2 for Events.

why not 2 3 0 for events?
I use 3-2-0 for events now that i got non healers for support and a decent shini yuro. No longer need to rely on Toshiro VG to keep my dmg decent in pve events XD ahahaha, and honestly only reason im not 3-1-1 right now is becuz of that 300% on 2 random enemies.. but wont be the case when i get that damn kirinji to 105. that chaos and dot and his dmg equal out in the end if not more bc of the chaos :D hahaha

has anyone notice that his evo is a bit backwards he has 37960 physical attack bonus and kido 1200 l ...
i wouldnt call it broken when he hits through invincibilty with that p.bonus u are talking about. his first attack is physical, and if it was the other way around he wouldnt need the ultimate mod as he would oneshot the fk outta all partners with lower growth rate than him.
