Yeah the random debuffs are actually a huge positive for him. Normally, if you killed the targets the debuffs would be wasted. Now you can kill the targets and get debuffs on different targets.
Sometimes you will debuff a target you kill though, so it doesn't always go to someone else, but it is very good. thats one fucked up skill rofl, very nice partner Is Chaos making enemy attack himself? Or the first possible on his formation?
