people that paid for the new event and lost stuff should get the same amount of topup back. as for the info part on why things break down and info in general, no high praises there. i guess they try their best to keep it running and get more people to buy stuff, like in new servers and stuff.
When i topuped for 200k gold i got vip 10 instantly so i dont really care...
