tenjiro have that mod lol XD and he's good for his 6th mod , though he doesn't have an agility taent which i wonder why lol but still good to get though due to survivability specially with ichibei who adds 200% defense he can be pretty good , btw i just found out something , tenjiro basically cast his chaos after skill so if after skill his 2 targets or 1 is alive he casts on both ( if both are alive and on 1 and a random other one (if only one are alive ) and on 2 random ones ( if both are alive ) lol took me too much battles to be sure of it

Kirio reduces fury by 25. Good luck hitting 125 ( That's 6 24% fury stones, which is enough to get 5 T1 characters ).

No, it isn't. Debuffs are selected before damage is dealt. You can have instances where you attack 5 people with Tenjiro, and get no Chaos buffs, because the targets he "Chaosed at random" died to his attack.
It is literally how debuffs have been handled in this game since day 1. Random debuffs are always selected before damage.

OH MAN THOUGHT YOU'RE TALKIN THAT MOD 7 OF NIMAYA AND TENJIRO AREN'T THE SAME xd
I think i prefer Ultima Aizen + Hikifune, Reduce fury + prohibit gaining fury on supporter and disabling assaulters seems good enough, except that this setup powers up a hardblocking vg.
Maybe Oetsu is at some point needed coz of this 10% speed on all mod, to keep the own Hikifune faster.
