Character lost?!

Went to sign back in a little bit ago and chose my usual server, US S55 and I get the character choice screen..wtf?! What happened to my lvl 40 Shinigami?!

I have the same problem. My character was Sakurai Kiro, and I had just last night spent $5 top-up.
