Skill: Attack all enemies, growth rate 150% and poisons all enemies for 2 rounds (20% each round)
Isane Kotetsu
Formation: Support
Talent: Increase AGI by a certain percent (25%)
Skill: Heal all allies (including supports and self) growth rate 130%
Note: She heals all allies by half of their HP, so if they have 50,000 HP, she will heal 25,000 HP. It is all different, lets say 1 partner has 30,000 HP and another one has 100,000, she will heal 15,000 HP for the one with 30,000 and 50,000 for the other one.

Yeah but she heals 50% of their current health, so how can growth rate affect that? Like its just solid heal that scales off health, not her own damage. Mayuri Kurotsuchi

nowhere in the skill/talent did it mention 50%. it was just a note of his, ignore that :P
