How to see requirement to activate the bond

I know, that it's still a problem for many players to see, what they need to activate the bond
U need to change your page size to 90% and then click on "Dam"
I'm using Opera. Dunno, if it'll work in another browser

Yes, I have chrome and change the zoom up or down then click on Dam. Don't click anywhere else but DAM on the screen and the description will come up.
