He is in my CSB. He has topped up ( including rebates/Ultimate Charge ) a minimum of 300,000 gold. Reasonably certain he is a company plant. I am VIP 7, and I have never lost to him.

Yeah there was one like that a while back called MyStudents. He had all the best partners at the time and a full T1 team and never leveled past like 90.
