Well we'll find out once I get him all leveled up lol. Oh, and I did just find out that apparently his Talent is incorrect, instead of wisdom it increases agility. And it's a wopping 20%.
What's hiki's agility talent? I don't have her yet to check.
P.S. I'm going to make a thread about Oetsu's talent so more people notice.

I don't know her talent either. I think it's pretty obvious if you just look at their base skills that Hiki is the better partner, their stats are debatable I guess but it's not enough for me to care. I also don't think it's fair to realistically expect to fully mod him.
Edit: Unless you plan on topping another 100k gold in the next ultimate top up and spending it all on fragments.

I did, I have him. You can test any partner's talent by stripping them of everything that increases agility, strength, wisdom, or stamina and then putting a single hogyu on them. The number for the stat gain that you get as the little popup green text will be different from the amount written on the hogyu. You can just divide that number by the one on the hogyu and that's the % gain they get from the talent.
For example I have a hogyu that gives 1000 agility and when I gave it to oetsu he gained 1200 agility. Thus a 20% talent

Well I currently have enough fragments to mod him almost to 2nd mod. Got 400 of them from doing turntable with about 8k gold I think it was. So yeah it's gonna be a while til he's fully modded, but I still like what his skill does more than I like hiki's skill. Not that it matters in the long run, hiki's still next on my list to get.

i have nimaiya aswell, but never really bothered checking. so this means nimaiya is the fastest partner?.. (with 3rd mod)
