Oetsu Talent Mislabeled

Just wanted to put this out there so anyone else that happened to get him knows. His talent says increases certain intelligence and has natural 10% damage rate. While the damage rate part is correct, his talent does not in fact increase the wisdom stat at all. Instead, after playing around with hogyu I found out that it's a 20% agility increase talent.

already seen it, and yes it is a agility talent but im still on the defence about it being 20%

but for now ill trust this guy i have no clue of who he is!!
