How can one be more than fluent with English? I thought being fluent was the highest level of skill ever needed, but to be more than fluent... I don't even know how that works out. xD

Exaggeration, I use it for extra effect. Although in theory fluent mean's you can speak it to a point where people understand you.Direct translation from Google "smoothly graceful and effortless.". But if "one is more than fluent" it could be understood that they have a wide vocabulary and in depth knowledge of English language.

Yeah but its still being fluent if you have a wide range of voc, deep knowledge of the language itself, it really doesn't go beyond being able to speak fluently.

Well some random math teachers could give us grades above the max points, so giving 110% in that sense literally got you 110% out of the test. xD

Well, the best kid in our maths class managed to 200% on maths question due to ed excel bug. We weren't very surprised do, he was a genius in maths.
