Well, it's not as if I'm forcing myself to come up with these. I had all those ideas in my mind for quite some time, I just took the opportunity to write them down and share the ideas with others.

Name: Akaihana (Red Flower)
Look: Red and white flower shapes in hilt and hiltguard is red steel with white flower carved in it. Blades backside is deep red while blade is pure white, basic length.
Release command: Wither to rebirth, Akaihana
Shikai: Creates afterimages that slowly turn red and then to gray, leaving a smell of roses. Increases speed and stamina, blade becomes 2, can be combined at any point, each blade has their own purpose, gray (left handed one) creates destruction and can decay any kind of target, red (right handed one) can bring life and heal, and combined into one blade it can create illusions and hallucinations.
Bankai: Creates chaotic look where left hand looks withered and dead(nearly transparent), while right hand embraces the life and wields redbladed zanpakuto with beautiful white rose texture in the hilt. User's clothing changes only for the arms, left hand up untill shoulders dead, transparent, hollowlike even. Right hand white, shiny, strong, creating visible red reiatsu around it. It increases immensly speed, recovery, and strength but lacks in defences and usage of left hand. Even tho the left hand becomes useless and the longer bankai is kept on the longer it takes for left hand to recover, despite disabilities left hand brings touched by enemy it can wither part being touched. Its also risk for the user since touching self with left hand will cause withering, and the lack of control while using bankai makes it a hazard. Bankai name: Chi No Akaishi (Bloodred Death)
WEAKNESSES: In shikai form the strength and reach are lacking and easily played around since right blade alone close to no damage. Left blade in the other hand (yeah pun intended) destroys everything it touches, but both blades are short in length while being in shikai form, but in second shikai form where they are combined they gain length, but can not be taken off each others untill your reiatsu gains balance, and both shikai and bankai form destroy the balance of reaitsu, where combined they can create windows for attacks and escapes but doesn't provide heal, uses a lot of reiatsu, and doesn't powerwise differ at all from basic zanpakuto. Bankai's weakness as said is left hands hazardous nature which can wither the user's whole body and when exposed for too long can even cause permanent effects on user's body, it's illusion which can become reality if not taken into account. It takes a lot of power to go back from bankai, so those with no strength to do so will wither to death.
