Nop, I didnt, i got my ingame mail pretty clean, plus it ended at midnight so i had no event rewards mails, or soul hunt mail. Even if i had mistaken it and opened it automatically i would have gotten the spirit stones, which i know i havent.
And its the same for several ppl in the server, its been prolly 2 or 3 days since the event finished.

Was notified they was manually distributed. You should have the rewards.

I still havent gotten my rewards either..server 48 Uehera Hosei is my name..and a few other people havent gotten their rewards either
Same is happeneing for me I havent received rewards as of yet in US 48.
Any news regarding this?

They was suppose to be looking into it, either they found you got the rewards or they haven't distributed them out manually yet. This was a bug in EU though not NA, so I don't know if they checked or not. They don't work on the weekends. Weill find out tomorrow.
Do you know if they looked up into it? Its been several days, they are opening new servers and new events but they havent even fix this bug yet, and theres a lot of ppl still waiting for their rewards.

I reminded them about an hour and a half ago, it's on the list supports giving to the devs to deal with some bugs.
Hi again, sorry to insist, but its been 2 weeks since the event ended, not only I but other people also have sent several emails to support, in the hopes to have any news of when we will be getting our rewards, or at least a replay back from support, and we are still waiting.
I know they are busy handling other bugs, like the achievment ones, and releasing new servers, events, etc. But at least an answer or reply back from them would be great.
So if you could remind them once again that would be great.
