But you can calculate, if u will crit often. With 50% critrate u ll never crit vs counterrate of 5 ...

Omg, this post made me cringe a little bit.

Seriously, I know math and numbers are hard, but cmon.  I'm going to just assume you don't understand how percentages work, so I will explain, in fairly simple terms.

If you have a 50% crit chance, it means you have a 50% chance to critical hit someone.
If you have a 50% counter rate, it means you have 50% chance to ignore a critcal hit.

If I hit you, and my 100 sided die rolls a 51-100 it means I land a critical hit.  Then you roll your 100 sided die and if it rolls <50 then my crit goes through, if you roll >50 then you block it.

50% counter doesn't mean you're immune to criticals from someone with a 50% crit rate. It just means I have 50% chance to critical you, and if I do, then you have a 50% chance at ignoring it.  Same thing applies to 90% vs. 90%, it means I have a high chance at critical, and you have a equally high chance at ignore it.  But 1 in 10 attempts I won't critical, and 1 in 10 attempts you won't ignore it (on average).

Someone with a 1% crit rate could crit someone with a 99% counter rate, it would just be ultra rare.  The only time you could 100% become immune to crit is if someone had 0% crit rate (obviously they couldn't crit), or they had a total crit rate that subtracted from your counter rate would result in a total above 100%, i.e. they have a 10% crit rate and you have a 111% counter rate, they would not ever be able to crit you.

I think you are wrong, the numbers are dedudcted and the difference from critrate - counterrate is the current critrate. This is the same at blockrate vs breakdef. When somebody has 100% critrate or block, he wont crit or block vs somebody with 100% counter or breakdef. Since counter is capped at 90% coz there is no possibility to increase it any more like blockrate, you ll stay at 10% critrate with 100% critrate.
