Voted for Kisuke, that initial fury mod and giving fury to allies make him quite useful IMO. can't vote:

which level are you?
which zanp are you using?
what VIP lvl are you?

unless you upgrade to final form, all SWP charracters (except Aizen) don't worth the spend of time and reishi... and yet, some, even when upgraded, are not as good as Tavern partners which are available at earlier level
& No bond bonus for or from these if not in final form
If you don't expect to upgrade to Daiguren then Harribel will help you much more in pvp and Hollow Map (or Gin at lvl 100)
Kisule is a kind of must have (if you don't have better fury boosters) mainly for ES & RA Kakashi
